TAROT AS MY COMPANION:

When we are in turmoil, the mind is racing and we have decisions to make,  Tarot is an excellent companion. By laying out our cards in clearly defined patterns we can plot our journey. The pictorial nature of Tarot allows us to see ourselves via images and to create a setting to externalise the chaos.

ASTROLOGY WORKSHOP- FEB 7^TH

This workshop will explore the Astrology wheel and how to identify the angles and what they mean to the individual.  It will define the signs in Astrology. Then we will examine three planetary placements of the Sun, Mercury and Venus. The trilogy of the spirit and mind.

SPRING PROGRAM 2011 WITH LYNDALL MCQUINN

Spring is the time for new workshops. I have been so excited about teaching these workshops. The Astrology program this year has been wonderful. Those who have studied with me have grown and enjoyed the insights this series of workshops offers .

SEP 25- SHAMANIC ASTROLOGY:

 DUALITY OF LOVE AND ACHIEVEMENT.

This workshop looks at Venus and Mars. So often we under estimate the power of Venus; this is our desire nature. To lose the meaning of Venus in a gentle image of the goddess of beauty is a far cry from the drive and emotions she arouses in us. Through meditation and movement we will explore the power of our desires.

The afternoon session examines Mars our planet of putting our desires into practice. The relationship between these two illuminates how we achieve the things we want in life.  As a partnership they tell us about our sexuality, how we compete to achieve, what we envy and what drives our anger. The issues highlighted by examining these two planets are a long way from love and harmony. This can be a challenging workshop but one well worth experiencing.

OCT  16 : TAROT ALL DAY IN MELBOURNE

Although I am not a fan of winter I do love to study during these cold , inner days. These two workshops are the result of this study where I will present the new insights that have arisen for me.  

MORNING SESSION : 11-1pm

 MAJOR ARCANA.

Over Winter I have been working with the Tarot by studying the work presented by the Druid Craft Tarot. This work has given me new insights into the Major Arcana from a shamanic perspective. I would love to share these new perspectives in this workshop. So if you love to keep adding onto your knowledge of the Tarot  this workshop will be to your liking.

 AFTERNOON SESSION

MERLINS MIRROR

From the brilliant work of John and Caitlin Mathews, Hallowquest, comes the Tarot spread of Merlins Mirror.  I fell in love with this layout for its complex and its insightful windows to view self and direction. This workshop will explore the placements within this extremely enlightening spread which focuses on personal direction.
